Shipping & Handling

After your payment is authorized and verified, orders enter production and are processed within 2-3 weeks.

*Transit times will vary dependent on shipping option chosen during checkout.

To ensure that your package is processed and delivered on time, please make sure your address is correctly entered, including all required information. We are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrectly entered addresses. 

We do ship internationally but the customer is responsible for any customs, taxes & duties that may incur as we are located in the US.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

Import customs, duties, or taxes are not included in the listed item price or shipping.  The customer is responsible for any fees that incur. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.

Lost or Stolen

If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days.  We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claim process. 

NOT YOUR STEREOTYPE is not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipment and do not insure refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

 

Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. Our items are made to order, so please refer to our sizing charts prior to purchasing and read each product description carefully.

If the item was received damaged or defective, please email us at hello@notyourstereotype.com and include your name, email, order number, reason for return, and an image of the item.  Request must be received within 48 hours of receiving order.

*We reserve the right to refuse any refund if the item(s) returned back are damaged, used, or unsellable.


Exchanges

We do not do exchanges.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order within 48 hours after placing the order.  Please email us at hello@notyourstereotype.com and include your name, email, order number, and request.  No cancellations will be made after an order has been shipped.
